Taking on the Job Others Passed On 💪

This project had already been turned down by multiple contractors due to the challenge of 12-foot ceilings—but I took it on without hesitation.
I started by installing the remaining attic vents, then added custom nailers to compensate for rafters running in two different directions. Once that was complete, I installed the steel panels, creating a solid and clean finish.
After the steel was up, I blew in approximately 18 inches of fiberglass insulation for proper thermal coverage. To finish it off, I built and sealed attic entry hatches to ensure everything was airtight.
The job also required removing and refashioning the garage door rails and motor supports so everything functioned properly with the new setup.
What others saw as a problem, I saw as a challenge—and the final result speaks for itself. 🔨✨
